There was this game where you could build roborts, kind like an rts, but it two windows overlapping, one with your base, and one with the enemy base, you could drag your robots to the enemy window to send them in a kind of rocketship.

There were also the enemy commanders who could taunt you, it was a simple drawing of them.

I have been trying to find this game, but can't seem to get it.
