Running slow with which operating system? Are you using DOSBox?

Please be a little more specific.

What';s your system speed and what cycles are you using for this game.

Note, if you use to high cycles, game will slow down.

There are cycles that represent emulated CPU speed (number of instructions that runs in sec or something like that).

In dos box change it with ctrl + F11 and ctrl + F12 while you are running game, but be aware that if you set this number to high (btw numbers shows on the top of DOSBox windows, default is I think 3000) your computer CPU is at 100 game will start to slow down.

Using D-Fend, you can preselect cycles and all other settings for each game individualy.
