Actually this is a secret ritual performed on your first day on the job. In order to get the popular McDonalds uniform, you must go through lot of tests to prove your devotion.

The last of these is the "Licking of the Ice Cream Cone", which MUST be completed within 1 minute AND with another recruit from the same sex. Our Titan also did this, but I can't see he posted THAT picture <_<
