yup, the baron's jester Yorrick A.K.A brigands warlock Yorrick's maze, every waktrough I read said I should talk to him so he recognized me as one of elsa's friend, but how, I've talk to him for more than 2 hours, and I have talked to every NPC in the game except baba yaga.

note, don't give me a save link or a cheat/trainer patch

I don't know if that could be the problem, because I always had the dispel potion with me, but do you have it? Not having the dispel potion could mean that an important dialogue option is missing, for example to tell him about how you plan to dispel Elsa.

the graphic is just for the QfG1 world map (forest map) U won't need it much just wandering around and U'll find out what's where so ignore it and continue, the main info isn't at graphic

Thanks to wicky the maze prblem is solved, now I got a new problem, how could I import the char I made in QfG1 to QfG2 or more? I've copying all my save files to the QfG2 and 3 folder but they said no file found

ah, 1 more thing, I only got QfG2 cga ver, where could I found the VGA ver?

After you win a Quest for Glory game, it either creates a character file or it asks you to create it. You don't use a save game file... you have to use the created character file. I think the default name is glory1.sav or something like that unless you saved it under a different name.

file not found, hmm perhaps I was wrong, after the final screen which all the npc's along with game designers are in the throne room, I just save and quit, I'll experiment a bit on this one,

is the vga ver qfg1 imported char data also applyable into the cga ver qfg2?

After you win and after the end sequence, it should offer to export your character to a file. And yes, you can import any DOS version of QFG1 into QFG2. I think you can even import into the QFG2 VGA fan remake. You can even import to and from the Mac versions of Quest for Glory games too. There is also either a kind of cheat or feature that I always ran into where when you import into a newer QFG sequel, it lets you choose what class you want to be and it imports your stats into the new class.

actually I planned to improve my thief char's magic at trial by fire, but then I didn't have the VGA ver for QfG2 does anyone knows where I could download it?

I chose Thief at QfG1 coz it's the only All around job there, the only one I could maxed up all of his stats up to 100

well, guess I have to bypass the trial for now
