Default Spearhead

I'm looking for this game. It's tank combat simulation.

MobyGames: http://www.mobygames.com/game/windows/spearhead

Zombie (developer) and Interactive Magic (publisher) aren't ESA members.

Amazon.com:
1) "NEW IN FLATPACK. NO BOX OR MANUALS." (Spearhead has a little manual in the CD case)
2) "$0.01" | "New sleeved cd rom only."

CDAccess.com:
"Shareware or demo versions of the following games are included on this CD-ROM:"

So they're irrelevant.

Sorry, but what is a flatpack?
Btw, it's still protected right?

Flatpacks are paper sleeves, slim and normal jewel cases (or whatever the plastic cases as large as a CD are called). I don't know if it is protected, but I don't think so. It's not ESA, and the Interactive Magic games on the AW list aren't protected. It's all about Zombie Inc.

Ok, understood.

I don't think it's under ESA: http://www.zombie.com/
