I guess the difference between warez and abandoned games has been discussed for long enough time. Warez are games (and not only) that you are still able to be obtained in shops for money, while abandoned games are either not possible to get anymore anywhere or are freeware. That's it.

I think i agree if its no longer sold and or supported and not protected by the ESA then it is abandonware (with certain other factors) that said if anyone complains the guys around here are quick enough to take it down and change it to a "where to buy this game link"

But if the games are no longer supported / sold then im sure its quite ok

Perwhaps this site should also feature a lot of freeware games under a seperate section if they feel like expanding

only where disney controls the government. in europe copyright is 50 years afaik.
