Thumbs up Roboforge

Hi, this is probably a bit of a long shot but did anyone here subscribe to Roboforge? I did but unfortunately when I upgraded my PC I was a bit slow to reinstall it. By the time I got around to putting it back on my computer I found they had abandoned it and their server vanished, meaning you could no longer verify that I had subscribed. I have the softwrap version but need the retail version (the one that doesn't need to connect to the server to be authenticated). I want to stress that I am a registered user which means I PAID for the game so I have a legit claim to owning it. Too bad the owners didn't think to remove the time limit from it and put it up for download on their site..

In case anyone isn't familiar with it its basically a game where you create your own robots and then program them to fight your other creations, or back in the day you could upload them to tournaments to battle other peoples robots. It was rather sweet. You can still see the info for the game on www.roboforge.com and get a demo from there to enjoy for 14 days at a time.

The only contact I had with their admin at about the time it died got the response "Try downloading it from Kazaa", thanks guys!

Roboforge [APPROVED]

Not under ESA protection, and no buylinks found.
Amazon Marketplace is discounted.

"From July 2008 RoboForge became a registered Open Source project and it is now possible to download the game, build bots and enter them into amateur tournaments for free." - Wikipedia

Don't be fooled by the 'demo' button. It's completely the full version that is available for free online play.
