None of the Indiana Jones stories are actually set during WW II.

He fights Nazis yeah, but they were in power since 1933.

You're right, but big part of the game was about fighting nazis, so you can't exclude that.

There are two that I know for certain but I just can't remember their names now. I used to have one of them (I think about 10 years ago), and the other one is from the last 5 or so years. If I remember their titles I will post them here.

Not exactly adventure in the classical term (point n click/rpg/etc) but Prisoner of War by Codemasters could in a way be considered adventure. I think. Though I have never actualy played it.
