Sure, but more as a option for the reviewers then a mandatory requirement.

Be good to have another person's point of view. You often find that the reviewer is very througher in describing game play and graphic's, whereas a typical comment that would be useful could be:

"Yeah the games good" or "This game has a awful storyline...." something more casual, but still an insight all the same. Obviously more descriptive but you get the point.

I voted yes, it can be good to have an alternate opinion sometimes on a game, to prevent a bias from sometimes occuring, it can give a different perspective and possibily be a little objective if necessary.

I'd go with the "replace old & crappy reviews if the original author approves" suggestion, as long as new reviews have higher priority.

I go for optional reviews + a review rating system. So that the review that is the most popular to the readers is automatically displayed as the main one.
