Q1. Where, the hell, is some Mr. Bishop in New Reno town? I have to hand this gentleman a briefcase from Mr. Moore. I entered in the Shark Club, asked all men inside and No found!!!
Q2. Even with 80% Doctor I am unable to heal that laying man in Vault city?
Q3. Trying to find the plow to Mr. Smith. No any in the shop west of the Clinic? Where I am wrong?
Q4. K-9? No. I do not want some stupid dog to be between my legs, barking loudly. Is it possible to avoid its joining?

Good news:
1. I am proud owner of reliable car. At my second visit to Valery - Mr. Vic rude d.- she was pleased to give me the device required for Mr. Skeeter, who give another device for the car. Montage and voilaaaa! On the road again..
Mama mia - during my voyage in the Desert I met a strange 8-members friendly group, repeating - Observe the law! We are peacefully citizens of Broken Hills, but we know to fight....
Can You image, friends, they were all armed with Rocket launchers at their right shoulders. I save the game and tried their power, starting conflict. Auuuu!
With 2 shots only they killed me immediately. I have 64 HP. I wanna same weapon, pls!

For well respected Twillight only.
- Amigo, I do not know my version is bugged or not. I am not a f....d programing man, who want to Edit the *.exe files, to add some patch or like. I am only gamer.

Then, after some forum info that this conflict is (and really it was) the best moment in the game, I restarted that moment. Unfortunately, Metzger doesn't reacts now the same way.
That is the reason to fight with 16-men army of this boss. And I do not regret. This battle was a very nice training for me, because I know now that I am able to withstand to group of guards.

Don't bother about possible party members, with less than 6 charisma more than 3 are not allowed. Sulik, Vic and Cassidy are considered the best since they have plenty of hit points and can wear any armor to reduce damage taken, use their weapons effectively and equip better ones when you find them later in the game, can level up to improve their combat power and don't have special disadvantages like slow movement.
Which weapons NPCs can use depends on how the weapons are animated in combat, not on weapon type (Sulik can use a .223 pistol since it looks like a machine gun in combat for example) so its worth trying out when you find better weapons.
It's possible to have a 4th NPC join your party if you use drugs to raise your cha to 6, they won't leave if it goes down again.
But in the end only one character does matter: Mingan the Great Hero

A1: There are two casinos in NR (there's of course more than 1 area in NR), one is owned by the Mordinos and one is owned by the Bishops. You have to go up the stairs in the right one.
A2: With 80 doctor you'll succeed in all the skill checks, but you can't heal everything. If you're talking about the man outside Vault City, using doctor skill will reveal that he's radiated, using a rad-away on him will slowly help him over time. You won't get a big reward for this however.
A3: You have to talk to the shop owner outside Vault City.
A4: You can avoid the pariah dog joining if you run away before it spots you on the random encounter. Afterwards killing it is the only way to get rid of it. When it's dead everything will be as it was before meeting it, no lasting disadvantages. The "jinxed" trait can be quite fun since enemies will also have many critical misses, but on the long run it will get annoying.
The other dogs are just like the human NPCs, they won't join you on their own and can be dismissed.

Q1: The plow is not an inventory-item, so stop looking. You have to ask it via conversation from the shopkeeper outside Vault City (Vault City location, but outside the gate), and Mr. Smith will get it at the moment you pay for it.

Q4: If you repair K-9 it is unavoidable that it'll join. But you can tell any partymember to "stay here", and then he'll leave your party (you can either go back for them later or forget about them; as long as they are told to "stay", they don't count as partymembers).
Oh, Pariah dog you ask? That is another issue, just run away if you find the encounter.

To have some serious weaponry go to New Reno, and get quests from the Wright Family's boss. The last quest they give is the "visit the Sierra Army Depo". As long as you don't report your success you can do this and not be a Made Man of Wrights (being a Made Man have disadvantages beside the profit). If you manage to get through the turrets outside (there are only a few, and a Sniper Rifle is there to make that fight much more easier), you'll have access to Big Guns, Energy Weapons, and more ammo to small guns you'll ever need.

About the possible bugs: as long as you can circumgo them, I bet noone cares. Also I never said your solution was not good or anything like that. But Metzger not offering to sell Vic (are you sure you saved BEFORE you paid?), is definitly a bug. (Btw, I was currently proud on defending the brahmins in Modoc while Sulic had a sharpened spear, Vic a shotgun, and me a rock + 100 pistol - yeah, with 3 strenght the rock is better then fighting unarmed! -, and loosing only 1 brahmin.)

As kmonster mentioned this: Per's guide tells the two pistols what work as SMG. No other category-strangeness appears appart from those it seems.

Indeed, couple pistols have SMG animation. And since missing animations are actually restrictions for weapon type for party memebers, it allows Sulik to use them. .223 pistol is by far most powerful from those, so make good use of it when you get it. The other one is 14 mm I think.

First about equipment: The Showed Off Shotgun has terrible range, and only slightly better dmg then the regular shotgun. But this depends on you.
For armour I'd go metal armour until you find Combat armor at least, you have the strenght. But this is also personal preference.

The casino Mr. Bishop is on the northeastern (up and right) part of the map, at the same position as Mrodino's casino. Mr. Bishop is on the SECOND floor, so you have to go in, go up on stairs to the first floor, then go up on another set ot stairs to the second floor, where Mr. Bishop is. (Or you can screw Ms. or Mrs. Bishop from the first floor too to reach the second level...)
Anyway, the important thing would be to check your perk-list. Are you signed there as "Made Man: Bishop"?

The Plow: No, not in the desert. Enter the LOCATION "Vault City". The location has THREE maps (not counting the Vault itself). The actual city is on the second and third maps. The shop you need is in the FIRST map of Vault City location. You can leave the location from the first map if this helps. On the third map is First Bitchizen Lynette. On the second map is the bar you had to deliver the alcohol, the enterance of the Vault, and the gate to the actual city. The first map has the man you cured from radiation poisoning, Vic's contact Ed, an autodoc,and Cassidy's bar - and a shop. In the shop talk to the owner, and ask for a plow via conversation.

To refuel the car you need to have in your personal inventory small energy cells OR micro fusion cells. Any of it will do. Then you have to go to the car, click on the hood with the RIGHT click, and choose the icon what makes you use item on the target. Choose the energy cells mentioned above, and one pack of them will be charged into the car.

This witch Lynette sent me to hand the disc above mentioned to Westin, same person from NCR, who Bishop want to send to better world.

Present situation:
- Level 14, 80 AP, 11 steps
- I found the famous Myron, but is impossible to join to my commandos, because of my low Charisma. BTW I met a very serious problem when in one voyage Sulik stopped me to leave the house and I was forced to shut Sulik, no deadly. Hurray at last he makes a small step and I was able to leave. With this example I want to point that some time the comrades are very dangerous for me. Another example: Sulik used to run before me and stand very near to opponents and some time my bullets do not hit them but Sulik - No, no Command - Stay close to me does not work-
Must I have wait for the moment when I will be able to join that man Myron or what? By the way he refused all kind of weaponry except some strange Needle Pistol!! Now I ordered him to wait me. Is he good fighter like Sulik with nice Pistol .223?

Q1: Where is Westin? I have info that he is west of town but pls more details.
Q2: How to sleep with woman? No, no I am normal hetero and know this act in real life but how to do in the game. What action with control buttons to start?
Q3: Pls, where is this manhole in Gecko Junkyard?
