i just got the game i tryed that d-fend but it says its loading but it doesn't the game just won't work i got every other game to work but this one plz help!!!

i got this game about two or three years ago (it came with a magazine) and man is it ever dull! the only feature i like is the paintjobs on the cars, but the races are simply too snore-inducing for me.

Well, my first post. I remember I used to play this game quite a few years ago, racing normally by myself and trying to get the most spectacular car crash with a friend of mine. Very funny.
Anyway, i can't play any sound under windows xp, and my machine is a bit old to play it under dosbox. Could anybody help?

How do i make the pit stop? I drive in, stop near the people with the stop sign but nothing happens.

How do you get the high-resolution graphics mode on Windows XP? The ReadMe says something like: "For the high-res SVGA graphics, run it in high-res mode, as in 'nascar-h'. Not surprisingly, I have no idea what that means. Thanks.
