I am in military base, command center, level 4 before destructive command on PC.
Sadly, Katja was ordered to stay but she ignored my order and was killed by mutant.
Kmonster again is correct, as always.
The only remaining member is Ian, stopped after force field (red colored).

The game is nice.

Because the humble but brave yoga won the last battle with Master the Bad.
Piece of cake.

Hmm, all my comandos ..Dogmeat, Katja, Ian fall down with the death of the brave heroes. Bow.

My sincere thanks to all friends who helped me during the all game moments.

yoga: Very diff. Q. FO1 is good game as a first game of the saga.

But in FO2 we see more bright, more usable control options concerning NPC. Y'see how all my commandos were killed in FO1. No such moment in FO2. I killed Frank and Sgt. Granite army without loosing a single man.
So the winner is ...yes.. Fallout 2.

..but..but yoga is a little bored of RPG.

Hi,
I finished the game Fallout for second time.
-Why?
Because some gamers wanted to know why I have no any Traits.
Answer: Because I was stupidly careless.
I started F1 3 times. First time I was bored by my bad tactic when meet Master.
Second time I configurated not smart my hero.
The last time all was perfect. I was very lucky to find some very, very nice weapon “ Alien pistol”, which fired all opponents and was very good at near combat.
I was alone during all game. No any NPC.
2 words for last battle.
I decided to use so called “non blood action”. Very clever tactic: I precisely evaluate the shooting distance of Master and located myself 1 step out of. Then I started shooting at Master with Sniper rifle.
After 30 shoots and used 45 cartridges I killed Master without any damage. I think 100 cartridges are more than enough.
VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:
YOU have to save your progress after every good shot. Otherwise You may receive message like: Your weapon is dropped or You lost your ammo..

Caro Capo, with all my respect to Your opinion I think the game F2 is better than F1. Maybe because I game first F2.

Here my argument

My character also had eye damage when starting to fight the master. With suddenly only 1 perception the standard sniping tactic didn't work any more, he had to get very close to be able to hit so the battle was a little harder than expected.
Should have healed it using the doctor skill before the battle, but I didn't get the idea how effective even low doctor skill can be before I tested it later.

The lower your chance to hit the higher your chance to get a bad critical miss, I guess that's the reason why your character dropped his weapon or lost ammo that often.
If you pick the "jinxed" trait, low luck and attack with low hit chance you will have even far more funny incidents, especially with big guns like the flamer.


If you want to play something totally different you can play Need for Speed: Porsche, the best racing game I ever played.

for your analysis of the game F1 last battle.
Probably there are many, many variants of the battle with Master.
I am not so good in details but I think that the tactic when Kmonster - not YOU but my hero wants to shoot to Master and makes a step-2 steps towards the monster and fires is worst way.
Because immediatelly 2 Master mashine guns started to fire with big damages for me.
Moreover my sniping tactic required carefully save after every shoot only. Believe me this were 30 save only - nothing for yoga. So:
Shot-save-rerun-write down onto paper how points remains of Master, deducted from total 500 and again. Believe me NO any damage for my hero, named to You.
The battle with Frank was real thriller compared with Master battle.

Concerning my next game..
-Pls let start the game LBA1..Yr game will be the next, because many years ago I started LBA and failed.
