For Mechwarrior 2, the graphics are still reasonably intriguing for an old game. I still haven't tested the net mech 32-bit app yet, it loads but the network play is ipx. which shouldn't be a problem as long as I can use hamachi to play mw2 on a lan.

That would be a problem, since MW2 doesn't work on XP and Hamachi doesn't on 98.
