And I won't ever use smiley. I stand in opposition to them unless it's in the right context. Like profanity. We don't need either to communicate effectivly, the use of both degrades our intelegence and vocabulary, and I refuse to support their continued asault on the English language.

Damn it.

Can we come to a decision, please?! <_<
I'd really like to see the results of such a topic, since there are really good artists here, IMHO. k:

It's an italian idiom. According to mi Italian-Spanish dictionary it would be translated as "good luck". Maybe "go ahead" is better? The literal translation would be "[go] into the wolf's mouth", but it must be dialectal because "al" doesn't exist in standard Tuscanian Italian.

That's right! And very off topic <_<
Anyway, "al" is a correct and standard current italian preposition, it's strange that your dictionary doesn't mention it

What is considered as "too pornographic"?
Ie, bare breasts allowed? Or nothing more revealing then bikinis?
(no, not intending to go further then panties)
Also, what about the timeline for the contest?

(thinking that I might go and paint a Warhammer miniature for that... LOTS of suitable candidates in painting queque)

Hmm, I'm in. :P

Imho, it's not how much is revealed that makes something pornographic or not. It's much more in how you present it.
Lots of magazine covers never reveal anything at all (playboy for example) but is still bordering on pornography. Something like this for example: http://www.nortonmotorcycles.com/images/pr...r_July_2005.jpg No nudity here, but still...
But something like this: http://www.artrenewal.org/images/artists/b...e_Nymphaeum.jpg while showing everything (and lots of it too :P) is not pornographic at all, and I wouldn't even go as far as counting it as erotic because it's presented in a much more tasteful manner.

Well, bare breasts COULD be allowed... I think that a Warhammer miniature shouldn't be too pornographic...
However, as I said I am the censor for that, so let me see and I'll say you how I consider it!

You can post your pic/miniature untill the end of June
