how to take out the thorn!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I found the dragon but I need to take out the thorn and I don't know how!!!!!!!!

By the way, what does the heart button do?

Yes, it doesn't take very long to "win". You can just sneak into the castle and assassinate the sheriff from there when he's out making an announcement, as someone implied. I thought Rome wasn't as good somehow, Robin had more humor in it and it was much more relaxed than Rome. I, too, had it on my Amiga 500 and I played it a lot. 'Twas interesting to watch the changing of seasons and how the nuns kept expanding the monastery (not to mention the graveyard and how they held little funerals there). I still play the game sometimes, it's brilliant (but needs smoother controls).

To take the thorn out of the dragons paw, All you have to do is walk up to it.( Its much easier to do that if you use the keyboard controls which are ASZX.) And the Heart button makes Robin run at the expense of some of his health.

Ha. Not bad. As soon as I started I killed a guy with my bow & arrow and when the head guy said to hang me, so before I reached the hanging site I took my sword out and fought, but I was killed. Ah well. It was fun tho
