Capitalism plus in DOS - where?

Hello everybody,
I have been visiting Abandonia for some years, and recently I registered at the forums.
I would like to ask where could I find the DOS version of Capitalism Plus, many of the available ones are Windows versions only. I am a fan of this series and I only have the original and the 2nd version.

Acording to MobyGames there's both a DOS & Windows version of this game.

I'd better not be helping you any further on this, cause I don't know the exact status of this game.
And I'm not interested in getting reprimanded for searching/giving links for a game that might be a NoGo.

I know that the game is still sold, but only the Windows version. Is there a DOS version available to sale/to get?

The DOS version is sold on GOG.com.

Thank you very much. Are there any patches released regarding this game? GOG said that it was patched to 1.0, but isn't 1.0 the first release of Cap plus? (I mean, any game should be marked as version 1.0 when they are first released, aren't they?)
