I've just tested the server, it works perfectly.
If you have a firewall let Ufo2000 enter the net, do some tries.

Servers are working so it's probably a problem of your net.
Did you check Firewall options? You have to solve your problems because Hamachi is a substitute of official servers and can't help you. For detailed tutorial & info check this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hamachi
