I was wondering if there were any other members who play instruments. As for myself I play Guitar and Bass-guitar.
Maybe if there are any members close by we can arange a Abandonia Jam session...?? |

I HAVE to play an instrument this semester and I've heard that drums is easiest. I probably don't llive close by, as I live in Australia.

drums is eay in the way that you don't have to learn notes and chords and stuff, but you have to have a good natural rhytm and you have to be able you you use your hands and feet independent of each other.

Does it matter? I'm not really into playing music, I don't care if I fail. I just want to do something that's easy so I don't have much work.

Anyway, I play guitar. I guess I'm terrible at it, but I'm getting better  EDIT: The previous thread is gone, I guess.

I am a guitarist and i have been playing for 4 years.I recorded some songs too.Now i am working on a cover of "In a darkened room" by skid row with a rewritten solo
My favorite guitarist are Steve Vai,Joe Satriani,Slash,Malmsteen and Frank Zappa |

Satriani is the man.. When to one of his live shows last year... 2,5 hours of pure solo's.. Still shivers down my spine when I think of it.

If you like him i suggest to get the two g3 dvd (first dvd lineup: steve vai,joe satriani,eric johnson second dvd lineup: steve vai,joe satriani,yngwie malmsteen) they are pretty impressing
