If people want personal rankings they can ask, but the admins give you the name, not yourself, so it's a suprise
 They're never mean or embarrasing for the person who has it, so you don't have to fear for that  aside from that, the admin has to be in the mood to change it :P |

Do the levels (little red boxes) correspond to the number of posts? Or are they granted by admins for good work, etc?

They correspond to posts. I know that 1000 gives you 5 red squares, and 1500 gives you 6, but they all I know.
