Adventure game about aliens. Publisher (Inscape) and developer (Epic MegaGames, Inc.) aren't ESA members. Only second-hand copies on Amazon.

It's no more sold at Epic Classics (the last place where Epic games can be found)
Drowned God (1996) As you said publisher and developer aren't under ESA protection and I didn't find other buy links. IMO is abandonware  k:
