The SB16 emulation drivers won't work in any NT based OS. However there is an even better option for those operating systems called VDMsound. It can be used to emulate several legacy sound cards and works very well most of the time. If you want true SB16 support you would need to boot from a startup disk and use the DOS SB16 emulation drivers. That's a lot of trouble to set up though and if your drive is formatted as NTFS you wouldn't be able to access your games anyway.
