An excellent freeware screenie software -(amongst other things)- and easy in use:

Look in menu 'options' -> 'capture/screenshot' , all the possibilities are self-explaining and work flawless.
BTW, check your PMs.

Dosbox saves the screenies by default in \dosbox x.xx\captures\ but you can redirect the saves in a custom folder by editing the dosboxconf file under header [dosbox] line
captures=existing_folder
