I don't think you can leave the speech or videos out of the game, because the game's data is grouped together to large files, so you couldn't remove anything that way. Also the speech and videos are unremoveable part of the game, so even if you could let them out, the game wouldn't work.
And in the impossible case it would, it would be that bad without the speech and the videos you just could throw it away rather than upload to the site.
Also don't forget that the game won't work without the CD-music, so you'll need to have full ISO's of the two game disks.
