Weightlifting: with joystick move it around in every direction as fast as possible. With the keyboard, this was the one I couldn't succeed at all.
Skipping-rope: press right and left button (that's what I did) quite fast in a very regular pace. Keep that up for - I don't know - tens of seconds or so. Here I got at least some increase in my stat. But I couldn't succeed fully either.
