I work in hotels and I can tell you that some of the stuff in the food that is eaten in restaurants etc should never be spoken about! 6 days old and it still looks perfect - give it up for preservatives.
Interesting side note... Did you know that it takes longer now for a corpse to begin decaying than it did a few decades ago - all due to the preservatives we chomp on every day.
