Damn.
I had this game awhile ago, but I don't think I'm sure how it's really supposed to work.
I remember a little bit, someone would brief you on your mission, you had to somehow carry it out, and there was alot of going to the subway and hopping on trains to get to other sections of the city, looking for the Tek Lords or something.
Not sure if that would help, but it's what I remember.
