tenzij het spel beschermd wordt door de Entertainment Software Association of nog verkocht wordt door hetzij de producent of via een andere distribiteur (geen 2e hands verkoop zoals Ebay).
unless the game is protected by the ESA or it is still being sold by either the producer or through another distributor (no second hand sale like Ebay).
