I get the feeling that I'd want to run it at max graphics, just so that it could distract me from the waxwork NPCs.
I also think that it probably will lose something for me, as I have never been to D.C., so won't gush over the monuments...
On the point about towns/cities... in Fallout 1/2 there were many population centres, some of which were quite large... surely in D.C. there should be a large, well populated city?
Will be waiting for the bargain bin for it I reckon. (or avoid perhaps, am too busy playing Jagged Alliance 2 at the moment, thank god for GOG)
