Not a PC. It's a link of a photo used by Wikipedia, of a Tandy TRS-80

They were very widespread in 70's, 80's and the very beginnig of 90's of the 20th century.
This one in particular was quite well-known, like the Commodore C64 was, and often called Coco, which I found is a nice reference for a joke about the name of StaaviiinsZ' cat Co-Co. Nevermind anyway.
