What, there's all there is to the options? What about Baldur's Gate I and II? Neverwinter Nights I and II? Wizardry series? Elder Scrolls etc. etc., just to name to more known? There's a whole lot missing to start such a poll with.
Anyway my favourite RPG(s) are and probably will stay Baldur's Gate II + Throne of Bhaal expansion and Gothic series up to Gothic III which is more or less playable with latest community patches. Gothic IV ist just a piece of junk but that's another story. Never seen any RPG's which surpassed the two (four actually) for me yet.
