It's definitely DirectX files. If you want exact list of used files, use some dependency scanner on EXE and DLLs...
PE Explorer definitely can do it, but it's paid version. I don't know about free analogues. Also, it's obviously limited to PE, aka Win32 files. NE - for Win16 - will not be scanned.
