Do some research. You can get most of the D&D 3.5 (D20) resources, that have been published as Open Game Content through
http://www.d20srd.org/ How to convert those to something you can use in your game is up to you. You could also try more RPG-specific game toolkits (google is your friend since I'm not familiar with any).
