On a sidenote we're working on a new shoutbox which we'll host on the abandonia server itself, so most of the issues we're currently having (timeouts, white-pages, etc...) should be solved then...
I know a shoutbox is not the same as an irc channel, but irc channels are just to time-intensive/hard too moderate and (unlike some other abandonware sites) we want to conduct a straight non-warez policy.
