well i couldn't find any buy links for the blue and the gray, neither on the maker's
page, then i didn't find any buy links for civil war generals neither
civil war generals 2 have
some website (which is most probably not official anyways) without any buy links as well
and both impressions games and sierra are not under protection anymore
so it looks good to me
