Yes, it's a DOS game. However, Abandonia doesn't have the latest patch for the floppy version. The patch offered here is version 1.00b; there's a more recent one, v.1.01. You can download that from
the Docking Module.
Also, there's now an even better option: the game's been ported to Windows (also Linux and Mac). The port, called Race Into Space, is like the CD version (v.1.1), but even better--a number of enhancement requests have been implemented. You can find it
on Sourceforge.
