The archive has been replaced, since at Abandonia we aim at preservation. If you look at the files inside the CD image included, their last modified date attribute is set at 1996. That comes from Bethesda and it must be legit.
After a thorough examination we have every reason to believe that the files discussed above are harmless. We do not want to discourage in the least their usage, you can find the fan-made Windows-friendly installer with mods at:
