I'm not sure, but I believe that FAT32 allowed partitions up to 4 Gb and NTFS allows more than that. I've tried ext3 and reiserfs too and they handle at least 25 Gb so there shouldn't be any problems. But as I said I'm not sure about FAT32 though.
