Well, actually, most items here _have_ explanation. Frequent it is in .BBS-file, sometimes in files.lst or something, and sometimes integrated right into interface. In 90s style, unfortunately, so it will be something like "Cool graphic editor" or "mod to wav converter". Look on this, for example (it's File utils from ASP disc, obviously):

But no, I doubt that something better exist. You are free to seek, of course.
