Thats not quite something I'd want someone to ask for, but the friendly folks at Civfanatics.com probably have something for that.

Oh yeah, they do. But to use some of the editors you would be spending more time getting it to work then actually using it LOL
sorry, that's nonsense...

TERRAFORM really works easy & handy on all windows versions,
but the programmer seems to be ??? ???
so 'we' may need somebody who is able cr*ck the latest version
( that was already good / o.k. / full usable )
or
is able to analyse TF and program a key generator for it.

there is an excel script (***) that does the same, but is not handy,
TF is far more specialised and 'in the game's rules'.

in all cases you need a savegame from CivDOS
where you have 'manipulate' the *.map file
with
(A) *** the EXCEL script (not recommended, but works somehow)

OR
(B) TERRAFORM (recommended with a keymaker)

Windows 98SE needs WMI. [/center]

1) What do you need to register?
You must be a civfanatics member and follow the programs instructions in the Request For Registration Key window. You must send your request by email.
2) What does The message "All other tabs are currently disabled" mean ?
These are debugging screen that have not been deleted
3) Screen size must be at least 1024X768
4) When updating to a new version, the easiest way is copy the ini file.If you install to the regular loctation it should be C:\Program Files\TerraForm\TerraForm.ini
Before you remove the old version save the old ini file somewhere. After you have installed the new version copy the old ini file to C:\Program Files\TerraForm\TerraForm.ini
This will save you from have to load the key and set the path to your map files
