This thread should be sent to Siberia, da? Alternatively, we can have an interesting conversation about how parents these days don't discipline their children. What bullies need is a good spanking. My parents would never have condoned such behaviour in us. But maybe the bullies are just modelling their own parents? Who knows what their home life is like. Also: poor Punch.
