Probably, but there is also something else. I know if Windows have ports closed you can't use them. The problem here is that those programs worked fine and then, all of a sudden, they stopped working. So either the WinXP firewall decided to block them all of a sudden, or the ports been closed.
Anybody knows how to work with the built in firewall or to play with the Windows ports?
