I have found 3 possibilities for the .C1 file on a web search.
The first one would be
Povwin Pov-ray for Windows v3.1 Scenes Advanced Newltpot File, which I have no idea whatsoever it would mean.
Second option would be
that it's a spyware. If it's the case then be very cautious about that file.
Third option would indicate that
a graphic program can generate .c1 files.
All in all, this is in no way related to games or archives, and you should really ask yourself if the site you downloaded this from was "safe".
