You can't "fix" that. Whatever you ever do you will always begin with the letter "Z:" since it's the DOSBox default emulated drive. That's where DOSBox go find all the commands you can do when you are in DOS mode.

Here is the Newbie Guide to DOSBox. Read it and come back here if you still don't understand or have unanswered questions.

Here is a hint tough: it's no use to copy and paste what is said in the "tutorials", you'll need to use your brain power to make it works like the old DOS days. Better start to try to understand the commands instead of idly typing what others ask you to do.
