Most reviews mention the content of the archive, but I know there are some games where this isn't mentioned. In those cases the blame is located with both the archive supplier and the reviewer. If the guy made the archive, he/she should know if he/she removed the music and inform the reviewer. But, the reviewer should also make points about the music in the game when he/she reviews it. If you can't hear music at all, then it i obvious that the music has been erased.
