Sure they're calling Bio Shock the "spiritual successor" to the series but keeping the name so close to the other half of the series kind of lets the fans down who're craving the return of our favorite rogue AI.

I half-agree. On one hand, SHODAN is a goddess.
On the other hand, I'd like to see new territory explored. I mean, Superman has more enemies than Lex Luthor, and Spidey fights more villains than the Green Goblin, right?
