Ok, one problem is your mounting of the dagger folder. See, the crack needs to find a dagger folder on the C: drive. When you mount the dagger folder as your C: drive, there is no Dagger folder there to find.
Mount your c: drive as your DOSBox c: drive.
mount c c:\
