here too is a big problem. i am trying to find it as well. turns out if my wife could get a job here it wouldn't be a problem to buy one. but she can't cause she is not from EU.
but to rent one... it's frekin' difficult. main problem is that no new appartments are built. why' cause laws prevent it. so since i can't afford ot buy one i am trying to find something with reasonable rent. nothing so far. i have an option but it's 45km from the place i work while means arround 45 min drive to work every day.
for two room appartment the rent here is 40% of my salary. something i really can't afford. so more and more i am thinking about moving to some developing country and get some employment there. i am thinking one could afford a lot more that way.
