You arenīt so unlucky, Morrin. Here in Spain, and specially in Madrid, it isn't that difficult to find an apartment. The problem starts when it comes to the rent. For a young person, with an average work, paying that rent means about 70% of his income. For buying it is the same, banks are offering mortgages for about fifty years, so you can figure out how expensive have houses become here.
