Right now Planescape: Torment. After that maybe Baldur's Gate 2 or Fallout 2, not sure yet, might take a while due to lack of time right now.
These two things should mostly help with the fast movement on Fallout 2 map:

Manually editing the
worldmap.txt file should help to adjust things a bit better, if necessary.
