Well, i just know that my Moto A925 (and the A920 and A1000) uses a qwerty-keyb. on the screen, where you write by either pushing the letters with your pen, or simply use the free-hand option that translates your writing into letters.
The Moto A925 uses UIQ-system, as do the SE P8/9xx-series.

Touch-secitive screens are a must realy, as other input-devices would be just too bulky.
Shure, you can always use a BlueTooth keyboard or mouse (if supported), but you need to carry that around also....
